About Fez

Fez is a powerful digital repository management and workflow system, developed by The University of Queensland Library. Robust and scalable, the open source system is based on Fedora, and provides easy access to electronic content such as publications, images, learning objects, spreadsheets, databases and datasets, course materials, exam papers, institutional records, or any other kind of digital document.

Fez is written in PHP and supports a number of database engines, including MySQL and Postgres. It provides a user-friendly front-end to Fedora 2.1.1+. Highly flexible and configurable, Fez is an advanced administration and content management tool for digital repositories.
